An impactful ~1.55 carat pear-shaped diamond is the centrepiece of the Volute ring, a theatrical jewel whose impact is rooted in the rare fancy yellowish green hue of its solitaire. This colour was created by the natural radiation present in the environment in which the diamond was formed, and lends it an enigmatic aura. This sense is further reinforced by the dramatic, organic form of its 18K yellow gold band, which evokes the thorny stem of a rose. As is true of all De Beers diamonds, this one is ethically sourced, selected by eye, and hand-set by a team of artisanal craftspeople.
